Applying to the U.K for Police Clearance.

 

Below is a  document outlining the procedure for obtaining police clearance if you have lived in the U.K as an adult (over 18).



If you  are applying as an "individual person" you  must complete  form 3019B which is below. ID is required with this information and must show your name, date of birth and current address of where you are living at the moment.  Photocopies of your ID will be accepted and do not need to be verified.  It costs £10 and can be sent as a cheque / Bank Draft, non-overseas postal order, made payable to the "Metropolitan Police Authority" and cash.  It takes 40 days for the application to be processed .
